Any provisions that, by their nature, should survive termination of these Terms including those on liability, indemnification, and intellectual property will continue to apply even after you stop using the website.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, represent the complete agreement between you and Amana regarding your use of this website.
